I'm kind of pathetic.

Last night we put Treyson to sleep in his crib for the first time. Now that he's feeling better and his bassinet is getting pretty snug we figured it was about time. It kind of broke my heart a little knowing my little boy is already growing up so fast- yup I'm pathetic. Plus he is sleeping like a champ and I've been up all night. If I'm having this hard of a time letting him just sleep in the room next door I can't imagine how hard it will be to go back to work!

Rolling Over!

Guess what this little cutie did yesterday? Rolled over for the first time. Can't believe my baby is getting so big!!

A new kind of Valentine's Day.

This year Valentine's Day was a little lot different having a little guy around, but I must say I think it's one of the best Valentine's Days we've had so far. I'm still on maternity leave so I got to spend the day with this cute little guy!

And to my surprise Philip and Treyson sent me flowers and a fruit basket. I've been telling Philip that I wanted a fruit basket for years and I finally got one. The fruit is as delicious as it looks! My hubby knows me so well and totally spoiled me this year!

 

This picture is for everyone who thinks Treyson smiles all the time. He had his 2 month shots this week and has been moody ever since. It's okay though, I still love him and the time we're getting to spend together. I really am so blessed to have him and Philip in my life.

 

This is Treyson's present to Philip.... It's a lot harder to ink a baby's hand than all the pictures you see online. So it looks like Treyson has 6 fingers, no big deal haha. It just gives it a little bit of extra character.

2 month checkup... Round 2

 

Today we were finally able to complete Treyson's 2 month appointment. My little boy is getting so big (even if his stats say otherwise). 

2 Months Old: February 2, 2013

Height:  23 inches (8th %)

Weight:  10 lbs. 10 oz. (35th %)
Head:  40.5 cm (The percentile is never on our stat sheet, but it was like 90-95%, our boy has a big head)
Clothing Size: 0-3 months
Diaper Size: 1
Likes: Mom & dad, tummy time, the music and light mirror on your activity pad, staring at your puppies, sleeping, anything with music, your mobiles on your mamaroo and in your crib, talking, cartoons, playing with your toys, chewing on your hands, bath time, flirting with girls, and staring at lights and ceiling fans.

New Things: Today at your appointment you laughed for the first time! It was the absolute cutest thing ever! Melted your mom's heart. You're also talking a lot more and learning how to use your body- grabbing things with your hands, lifting your head, almost rolling over.

Dislikes: The doctor. I think after all of our trips to the doctor and to the RSV clinic you're about done with them. You also hate when your nose is being suctioned out. Being in your carseat without moving. Other than those things you are a very happy baby.

Treyson was all smiles waiting for the doctor to come in and I was able to snap some really cute pictures. Of course my phone died right after these pictures and Treyson had his first laugh. Like I said, cutest thing ever.

 Poor Treyson crashed after his appointment. The shots really did him in and made me feel super bad. The doctor gave us a positive report and said that even though he is on the lower ends of his stats he is still doing great. Treyson was losing weight when he was sick and since his last appointment he has gained a full pound so hopefully we're on the track of not being sick at all anymore and we can get Treyson to keep growing strong and big! The doctor kept commenting on how incredibly strong Treyson was and that he was ahead of his age in his strength. Plus all the nurses everywhere we go are in love with how cute Treyson is (he is a super flirt with them too).

2 month checkup.... Or not....

 Treyson and I ventured off last Monday to head to his 2 month appointment. I was really nervous about him getting all of his shots and on the bright side he didn't end up having any, but I don't think his appointment could've gone any worse. Treyson has still been sick and they decided that he still wasn't feeling well enough to even attempt his 2 month checkup. Instead we had another RSV test, more x-rays, and 2 hours straight of crying. It was a rough appointment for me. I ended up at my mom's house after having a meltdown. Thank goodness for grandparents because they make everything better. Treyson is very blessed in that area. So instead of getting his stats from his appointments here is some cute pics of our little guy and pet children from the last month. Hopefully now that Treyson has been a frequent to the RSV clinic and is on antibiotics we will be able to complete his appointment this week!

 Treyson is absolutely in love with mobiles now. They're his favorite. It's so cute!

 Kimber loves being a big sister and is still super protective over Treyson.

 It's rough to be a puppy

 These two like to pretend like they don't like each other, but when I wake up in the middle of the night to take care of Treyson look who I find hanging out together.

 Daddy life is hard too. We both try to squeeze in naps when we can.

I know I've said it a million times, but I am sooooo in love with this boy. Him and his daddy are my whole world. Love my life!

2 Months Old!

 Our little Treyson turned 2 months old on February 2, 2013! It's crazy to see how much he's grown in he past month!

 Someone got a little bit jealous that she wasn't getting her 2 month pictures taken and decided to jump in on the fun.

 Some of these pictures aren't the best. Our digital camera was dead so most were taken on my phone, but Treyson has some gorgeous baby blue eyes that are to die for!

Treyson is also smiling so much anymore, it's adorable!

Treyson also loves to talk you ear off (I know I sound annoying and Treyson is sick, but I still love that he is talking). I love all these changes! It's so much fun to see my little guy growing up, even if it's sad too. Love you Trey!
